Are Kisaan Didi products 100% organic?+
Yes. Every product is handcrafted from organic produce sourced directly from partner women farmers across Nepal. We never use artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors.
How long do the pickles and powders stay fresh?+
Pickles stay fresh for 6 months unopened and 2 months once opened (refrigerated). Powders and dehydrated fruits keep for 12 months in a cool, dry place.
Do you deliver across Nepal?+
Yes — we deliver across all 7 provinces of Nepal. Inside Kathmandu Valley, orders typically arrive within 1–2 days; outside the valley, 3–5 days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept eSewa, Khalti, and Cash on Delivery (COD) anywhere in Nepal.
How does Kisaan Didi support women farmers?+
We work directly with women-led farming cooperatives across Nepal, paying fair, above-market prices and reinvesting profits into training, equipment, and education for their families.
Can I return or exchange a product?+
If a product arrives damaged or you're unhappy with quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund your order.
